 New rules for Outposts and Starbases

This caused me alot of concern as the STO forge does not have outposts or star bases in it yet. Even those space structures i could say are outposts/star bases don't even fight, so what use are they going to be in space combat...

I decided the only way to have them help an engagement was to have them contribute advanced fighter ships to the ongoing battle, the higher the classification of outpost or starbase the more they would provide, problem solved.

Fighter class vessels are small vessel that each race has, that can be launched like 1 or 2 man fighters available to carrier vessels, imagine swarms of fast moving, hard to hit annoying vessels that can cause a lot of damage to larger vessels (the DS9 video i posted on 'A little something to get you in the mood' thread shows Federation Peregrine fighters annoying the hell out of larger vessels.)

So a little something else to sink your teeth into, as always a work in progress.
