 Native population and liberation

PostSubject: Native population and liberation   Fri Feb 17, 2012 5:47 am

I was just thinking about this. When liberating a planet, I'm not sure the people would resist the liberators as they would an invader. What about a modification to the ground rules to take this into account?

Sounds like a plan.

Instead of taking the planets population into affect when determining defense against liberation, we will assume this ground value contributes to aiding the liberation.

I think we should be careful on how easy liberation is however, we dont want it very easy when players have put a lot of effort into taking a planet. Remember, those who have been conquered could be under all sorts of threats from their oppresors.
