PostSubject: Ship Movement   Mon Dec 19, 2011 1:01 am

Hi Q,

I know we have the form fleet action now which will make movement a little easier with only 3 actions but what about moving say 3 or 4 aquares, can that be done in a single action ie move from A1->A4, and then perhaps have an ongoing movement section in the turn to keep a tally (As I understand remembering moves between turns must be quite logistically challenging)

Thanks

Lee.

Q,

Any feedback on this one? It just seems very costly if you want to move a ship 3 or 4 squares, when you only have 3 actions in which toi achieve it.

Thanks

Lee

Hey.

A ship can move its full movement allowance in one of the sub turns, be it 3 or 4 squares if that high.

Ships fleeting up can move upto their full move to get to the destination of the forming fleet. Individually they can move upto their full move on a action should you choose, but without fleeting them up it makes it costly.

If a fleet moves then its ships can move as fast as its slowest member.

Does that answer your question?

I was wondering if we could do an ongoing action to send a ship with one move, more than one square, so I give the order to move from a1 to b5, and then it will progress on that course over time. I can understqand how this would get complex though, expecially with the 3 moves in a turn set up you havenow. But no problem, Ill just have to be more cunning with my movement Smile

Thanks

Lee
