Some Random Questions

Are squares/systems that are green fully explored? If we send a colony ship unescorted by a scout to one does it count as 'blind' colonisation?

Do nebula's and black holes have any ingame use (well I can think of one strategic use).

Can we build outposts in 'empty' space? Are they space stations or planetary structures.

Do light grey squares still 'need' to be scouted, or only dark grey?

The fully colored squares are your sovereign territory, as you expand by colonizing or conquering systems this will expand with it, if you build an Outpost or starbase above a planet you have colonized this will also increase your sovereign territory around it. Placing an outpost or Starbase in open space will result in just that single system being colored to represent your territory.
Sending a Colony ship with a scout into unscanned space (i.e. dark grey) to colonize blindly is not permitted, you must have scouted the system on previous turns before ordering a colonization.

Not really other than they offer some strategic use in that Black Holes could destroy ships entering it and also provide added protection from scanners. Nebulas simply put mean all ships within the sector engaged in battle will have no shields...

Outposts and Starbases are not planetary structures they are indeed space stations, anyone entering a sector with one of these in it will have to contend with it before continuing. Note that Outposts and Starbases extend the range your vessels may travel in the same manner a shipyard can. if you need an example of this look at your starting map and see the range it offers from your home world.

When moving ships do you want us to tell you were it is going to move in the following turn, or what it's final destination is, or in other words can we give you a longer term movement order that will actually take more than one turn to complete?

It seems like a petty question but you may have have your own specific method of book keeping! Also I am bored. I've already written my first turn order!

No just do the movement turn by turn, after all you my find you need to change your destination depending on what you discover or if another race threatens your space...
